Cosy flat situated in a very quiet residential area in the municipality of Breña Baja.
Recently refurbished, decorated to transmit tranquillity and the desire to be in contact with nature. It has all the comforts that our guests need to spend a pleasant holiday in our house. Free WIFI connection. Wooden ceilings.
The house has a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200 cm. Possibility of adding a cot. The bedroom has a large built-in wardrobe, smart TV and a bright window overlooking the pool. The bathroom has a large shower, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has all the comforts so you can cook as if you were at home. There is no dishwasher. In the living room you will find a fireplace, a cheslong sofa convertible into a 140×200 cm sofa bed, smart TV and a small corner with a desk. The terrace has a set of table and chairs to enjoy the views of the sea and the nearby municipalities.
Board games, windbreakers and other items to enjoy the island’s beaches and paddle rackets are provided.
You will be able to enjoy the communal swimming pool and paddle court.
Pets are not allowed, smoking is only possible on the terrace.
We will try to welcome you personally on arrival, if this is not possible we will give you the keys in a box with a code that you will find next to the main door.
You will receive a personalised gift on the day of your arrival.
You will have my telephone number for any incidents and to help you to make your stay in our house, as well as your visit to the island of La Palma in general, a wonderful experience.
